This is my 9th year teaching early Elementary and Early Childhood. I am experienced in Common Core and Teaching Strategies Gold. I did my student teaching in 1st grade at Valley Crucis Elementary School in North Carolina and absolutely loved it. While attending the University of Central Florida, I taught Kindergarten Prep classes and Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten. I currently am an Elementary curriculum writer for Cottage to Classroom (online teaching blog) and Teachers Pay Teachers. Specializing in 1st grade language and math.

While I am not teaching in the classroom, I loved to come up with crafty new ideas and packets for my online teaching blog, Cottage to Classroom. I love to spend time writing curriculum that will enhance a teachers daily routines for independent learners. I love spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, kayaking and traveling.
