I will soon be teaching at the University of South Florida, offering a course in Academic Foundations for first-year students. This course helps familiarize them to the college lifestyle, and also provides important tools for career planning, studying, and even deals with issues when making the transition from high school to college. I use the information in this class to help other students I tutor. No matter the subject, study skills and planning are important!I attended Florida State University, where I took a variety of courses. I primarily assist students with Social Science and English-related classes. I offer help with Reading, Writing, Essay Editing, Grammar and Mechanics, and Public Speaking. I also provide aid for Social and Cultural Anthropology, World Religions, History, Social Studies, Computer Science, and Psychology.I am also fluent in Spanish. I can tutor students in the Spanish language ranging from beginners who are just starting to learn the language to advanced students who simply need to hone their skills. I even coach students on the Spanish subject test for the SAT.Keeping the mind and body healthy is important, so I take part in several sports as a way to exercise. I mostly like to play football and softball, and also enjoy swimming.
