I grew up in a small farm community in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. After high school graduation, I continued my educational journey to the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio. In 2005, I graduated Cum Laude, with a bachelor’s degree in Middle Childhood Education with an emphasis in mathematics. My first teaching job took me to Fort Myers, Florida, where I taught seventh grade math. After spending a year in sunny Florida, I moved back to Ohio. I spent the next couple years as a substitute teacher before I made the move to Columbus, Ohio; where I spent five years as an elementary and middle school math teacher. In 2014,my fiance,Anthony, and I packed up and moved to Tampa, Florida. I continued teaching in the classroom as an seventh and eighth grade math teacher in Hillsborough County. Even though it is hard to leave the classroom, I am excited to continue my dream as an educator. Tutoring online allows me to educate children all over the world from various backgrounds. It is my mission to make a difference in the lives of our youth today.Along with my love for teaching, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, and spoiling my cat, Millie.
