:Three years of Tutoring experience : Two years of college level teaching experience. During my time in the classroom as a Graduate Assistant, I have to come to realize that not every student is the same. That each student has their own his or her personal needs. I do believe however that learning does not merely end when the bell rings, but what you do on your own as a student. To have a tutor to guide you and train you to fully be engage with the material, then the student can have an awareness of needs and strengths.
