I am a tutor who believes that education is more than just teaching students concepts, it is about teaching them to think. I have a major passion for Math. It was a subject I personally had trouble with, and I want to help students who are having a hard time learning the concepts.After graduation, I took a position working with students who had disabilities at a middle school located in Tampa, Florida. There, I help students learn Language Arts, despite the struggles they may face. I also teach English to students who have difficulties with test taking. I offer tutoring in Algebra 1, Elementary Math, Middle School Math, Statistics, ESL/ELL, Reading, Writing, Essay Editing, Phonics, Literature, Grammar and Mechanics, SAT Writing, Study Skills and Organization, Special Education, FCAT 2.0, Florida EOC Assessment, Pre-Algebra, Test Prep, Math, English, and Study Skills.I graduated from the University of South Florida. There, I earned my bachelor's degree in Exceptional Student Education, with a minor in Women's Studies. When I'm not busy, I enjoy running, and have participated in several half marathons so far. I love to go to the gym as well.
