I am a tutor who excels in mathematics. I can help students in all different levels of math including algebra, calculus, elementary math, middle school math, statistics, trigonometry, arithmetic, finite mathematics, and a variety of other math courses. I'm available to help students prep for the math portions of standardized tests like the ACT and SAT. Although math is my area of expertise, I'd also love to help students with their writing and essay editing. I started tutoring when I was in high school. I worked with elementary students who were getting ready for the FCAT. After high school I went on to the University of South Florida, where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. I continued my role as a tutor in college, where I worked with college students on several advanced math courses. I've worked with young students up through college level students. I'm here to help students of all skill levels. I love my role as a tutor because I get to watch the students I teach grow and develop a sense of pride in their abilities. I'm a relaxed tutor who does not believe in pressuring my students to learn. When I'm not tutoring I enjoy playing instruments, getting in some exercise, and hanging out with my friends and family members. I also love martial arts.
