Experience
I am interested in tutoring because I have a passion for working with kids and helping them achieve their maximum potential. I currently work at the University of South Florida as a Program Coordinator in the Center for Student Involvement, where I advise various student groups and organizations and implement events and programs aimed at enhancing the quality of campus life. I taught a 2 credit freshman seminar course at USF in the fall of 2011, and thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to reach college students in an academic capacity. I have lots of experience working with kids, as I was a gymnastics coach for 7 years. I am confident that I can combine my Masters in Education with my passion for working with kids, to successfully tutor most subjects for children within the K-8 age range. I am gifted at tailoring my style to fit each individual child, and specialize in being able to break down complex information into comprehensive pieces.
