I developed my love of sharing knowledge while studying physics in Bogota, Columbia when I was 17 years old at a university. I believe learning is essential in life for everyone. From taking our first steps to comprehending the standard model of subatomic particles. The knowledge we share becomes our legacy of existence in the universe. From Columbia, I traveled to the United States. I struggled being immersed in a language I didn't know, and then realized I had to search for the educational resources I needed. Thankfully, I found the academic success center in the campus library. The tutors there helped me find answers to all of my questions. I found the tutors in the success center to be more helpful than my busy professors or lessons in classroom settings. The tutors helped students who were struggling academically by sharing their knowledge. My experience working in the ASC sparked more desire in me to learn so I could share more with others. Soon, I acquired a job in the center and I got to explore the various learning styles of different students. I look forward to partnering with more students to improve my methods as a tutor and enhance their learning experiences.
